Tell us the address, unit, and details that help us understand the building and installation path.

2. We review it.

We assess line of sight, signal margin, installation feasibility, and available network capacity.

3. Join the list.

We record your interest and contact you when there is a real serviceability or capacity update.

4. Confirm and install.

If your address qualifies and you choose to proceed, we confirm your service profile and $49 professional installation. Any nonstandard work is quoted separately before approval.

Questions, answered plainly.

Is service available everywhere?

No. Uncommon Broadband is available only at qualified addresses. We review line of sight, installation feasibility, and network availability before confirming service.

Do I need to pay to join the list?

No. Joining the interest list and requesting an address review are free. A reservation is separate and is not required to join. We will explain any later reservation terms before you choose whether to proceed. Joining the list does not confirm service or an installation date.

Is there a contract?

No. Service is prepaid and no-'contract'.

Is managed Wi-Fi included?

Yes. Every Uncommon Broadband membership includes professionally managed Wi-Fi at no additional monthly cost.

Managed Wi-Fi is optional, though. If you prefer to use your own router or Wi-Fi system, you are welcome to do so. Our service provides a standard Ethernet handoff and is compatible with any standard home or business router.

If you use our managed Wi-Fi equipment, we provide, configure, monitor, and maintain it for you. If you bring your own router, we’ll support the Uncommon Broadband connection up to the Ethernet handoff, while your router and home Wi-Fi setup remain yours to manage.

What support is not included?

Printers, TV apps, work VPN issues, malware, smart-home devices, customer-owned networking equipment, and device-by-device troubleshooting are outside included support.

Do you sell browsing data?

No. We do not sell browsing data or build advertising profiles from internet use. The network is operated to deliver service, not to monetize customer behavior.
