Yes. Every Uncommon Broadband membership includes professionally managed Wi-Fi at no additional monthly cost.
Managed Wi-Fi is optional, though. If you prefer to use your own router or Wi-Fi system, you are welcome to do so. Our service provides a standard Ethernet handoff and is compatible with any standard home or business router.
If you use our managed Wi-Fi equipment, we provide, configure, monitor, and maintain it for you. If you bring your own router, we’ll support the Uncommon Broadband connection up to the Ethernet handoff, while your router and home Wi-Fi setup remain yours to manage.
Printers, TV apps, work VPN issues, malware, smart-home devices, customer-owned networking equipment, and device-by-device troubleshooting are outside included support.
